2002-2003 Campaign Overview

A drug driving television advert ‘Last Laugh’ was produced in March 2002 under the guidance of the Drug Drive Working Group. The advert basically highlights the fact that Scottish Police Forces have introduced Field Impairment Testing to assist them in the detection of driving under the influence of drugs. The advert was launched in May 2002 and screened for several weeks in the course of that year.
